1.) open icq
2.) click on the "services"
3.) click on "phone follow me"
4.) click on phone status
5.) click on available

-- How to get the little house beside your name...

1.) open icq.
2.) click on "services"
3.) then click on "My Icq Web Front"
4.) now click on "activate My Icq Web Front"
when the check mark is on it (shown in the pic below) people will see
the house behind your name ...

** if this feature is missing..
click on Add more Features (at the bottom of the menu)
select if from the list (shown in the graphic to the right)
hit Add Features
the download is .39mb and installs without needing to reboot.

Note: There is a Direct Connection Warning that states..
"By activating the ICQ Web Front feature you are enabling third parties to view your IP address"





--how to get the other little phone beside (icq voice chat phone) your name

1.) open icq
2.) click on "online"
3.) click on "icq phone status"
4.) then click on show

-- how to get the cell phone beside your name

1.) open icq
2.) click on "Main"
3.) click on "view/change my details"
( a new window will pop up )
4.) click on phone book
5.) right click on "Private cellular"
6.) click edit
(another little window will pop up)
7.) type in your area code and your phone # or **&#***
8.) click on and make sure there is a check mark beside "sms service
available for this number/ displays sms icon on contact lists"
9.) click ok and then click save/close and your done

-- how to get the little folder beside your name

1.) open icq
2.) click on "services"
3.) click on shared files
4.) click on activate service



How to add a picture to your icq profile
1.)open icq
2.) click icq button
3.) click on "View / Change My Details"
4.) click on picture "tab"
5.) click on browse
6.) now search your many folders for you pic (hope to hell its under 7k seeing as how icq will only let you have a max of 7k)
7.) click on open
8.) now click on save and your done!

How to change your status messages
1.) open icq
2.) click on the "services" button
3.) now click on "answering service"
4.) pick with status message you wish to change (i am going to change N/A)
5.) you can even rename your status messages if you like (i will call mine sleeping) 6.) now type in your message
7.) Click save and your done!
